1. About our service
NextFlightExpert is an independent travel agency and concierge booking service. We assist travelers by phone with flight changes, cancellations, rebookings and new reservations. We are not an airline and do not operate flights.
2. Fees and pricing
Service fees, airline change fees, taxes and fare differences are disclosed and approved by you before any charge is processed. Quoted fares are subject to live availability and can change until ticketing is complete.
3. Airline rules control the ticket
All bookings are governed by the fare rules and conditions of carriage of the operating airline, including rules on changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage and no-shows. We cannot override airline policy.
4. Accuracy of information
Policy summaries on this website are general guidance and may change without notice. Always confirm the rules attached to your specific ticket with an agent before acting on them.
5. Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names, contact details and travel documents, and for meeting passport, visa and health entry requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextFlightExpert is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from travel arrangements.
